OPPO has announced a ‘Big Holi Offer’ that brings discounts to its popular A series phones. As part of the sale, the brand is offering a special discount of Rs 1,000. Customers can also available no-cost EMI and exchange benefits of up to Rs 15,750 on the OPPO A5 and A7. The OPPO A5 is up for grabs at just Rs 11,990. On the other hand, the OPPO A7 which was launched in November 2018 at Rs 16,990 for the 4GB RAM variant is now available for Rs 15,990. The new prices are already applicable offline across the country as well as on Flipkart and Amazon.in.
OPPO A5 sports a 6.2-inch HD+ (720x 1,520 pixels) display with 18:9 aspect ratio with a notch and is powered by the 1.8GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 processor with Adreno 506 GPU. It packs 4GB RAM and 32GB of storage and runs on Android Oreo-based ColorOS 5.1 custom OS. There is a fingerprint scanner on the back as well as Face Unlock for security. OPPO A5 has a dual camera setup with 13-megapixel + 2-megapixel sensors on the back, with f/2.2 and f/2.4 apertures respectively; the setup is backed by a LED flash. In the front is an 8-megapixel camera with an f/2.2 aperture with AI Beauty 2.0 technology. It has a 4,230mAh battery onboard.
OPPO A7 packs a 6.2-inch display with a waterdrop notch and a screen-to-body ratio of 88.8 percent. The handset is powered by a 1.8GHz octa-core Snapdragon 450 chipset paired with Adreno 506 GPU. The phone offers 4GB of RAM and 64GB inbuilt storage. In terms of optics, it features a dual rear camera setup with a 13-megapixel (f/2.2) primary sensor and a 2-megapixel (f/2.4) secondary shooter, paired with LED flash. Its front camera gets a 16-megapixel snapper with an f/2.0 aperture lens. A 4,230 mAh battery is here too.
