OPPO introduced ColorOS 7 with lighter and decluttered UI elements, OPPO Sans font, system-wide dark theme and more. OPPO Reno, Reno 10x Zoom Edition and Reno Ace are the first batch smartphones to get the update on November 25th and would gradually roll out to other phones. The Chinese brand also revealed the update roadmap for Realme phones too — Realme X and Realme X Youth Edition will get ColorOS 7 based on Android 10 update in February, Realme Q (Realme 5 Pro in India) will be getting the update in March, and Realme X2 and X2 Pro would get the ColorOS 7 update in April 2020.

Furthermore, since the ColorOS 7 India announcement is scheduled for November 26th, the company might have an entirely different rollout roadmap for the Realme smartphone available in the Indian market, like the Realme 2, Realme 2 Pro, Realme 3, Realme 3 Pro, and Realme 5, among others. Considering India is a key market for Realme, it might push the update sooner compared to the Chinese schedule. Realme India CEO, Madhav Sheth confirmed the Indian version of ColorOS 7 would have a near-stock user interface.
