    • ASUS ROG Phone 3 has been launched in two variants in India

ASUS ROG Phone 2 will soon be discontinued in India, Asus India’s Mobile Business Head Dinesh Sharma revealed in an interview with HT Tech. To recall, the ROG Phone 2 was one of the most popular phones in India last year, thanks to its flagship-grade features at a surprisingly affordable price. The handset received a price hike this year following the GST hike but following the recent launch of ASUS ROG Phone 3 in India, the brand is now planning to pull the handset from the market altogether. In the interview, Sharma interestingly also revealed that ASUS might launch the ROG Phone 3 variant with 16GB RAM and 512GB storage in India if it sees enough demand. Sharma further shared that if the brand went ahead with this launch, the new variant will be priced “much higher.”
