    A mysterious Vivo phone with model number Vivo V2023A has been spotted on China’s 3C certification. While the listing doesn’t reveal the name of the phone, it could be an entry-level device with 4G LTE connectivity and 10W charging support. The handset could be a part of the company’s Y-series of phones and might break covers sometime later this year. Unfortunately, not much else is known about the Vivo V2023A, but we’re hoping to learn more soon.

    Separately, Vivo Y30 mid-range phone launched in India on Friday. The sub-Rs 15,000 phone sports a 6.47-inch Ultra-O HD+ display with 1560 x 720 pixels resolution, 19.5:9 aspect ratio, and punch-hole cutout to house the selfie camera. The phone is powered by the MediaTek Helio P35 SoC paired with IMG PowerVR GE8320 GPU, 4GB RAM, and 128GB expandable storage. The Vivo Y30 runs on Android 10 with Funtouch OS custom skin on top. Connectivity features include dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS + GLONASS.

    As for the optics, the Vivo Y30 has a quad-camera setup with a 13MP primary sensor, an 8MP wide-angle lens, a 2MP depth sensor, and a 2MP sensor. There is an 8MP snapper in the punch-hole, a physical fingerprint sensor for security and a 3.5mm audio jack. It houses a 5,000mAh battery with no fast-charging support. Vivo Y30 price in India is set at Rs 14,990 and comes in a Dazzle Blue colour. Connectivity features include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS/ A-GPS, USB Type-C, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
