    Realme X7 and Realme X7 Pro will launch in China on September 1st at 2 PM, the company has revealed. The confirmation came from Realme’s official Weibo account. The company had teased a new series launch earlier this week, which was speculated to be the Realme 7 series. But it is now confirmed to be the Realme X7 series. In addition to revealing the launch date, the company has also released a couple of teaser posters for the Realme X7 and X7 Pro which reveal some key features.

    Both the Realme X7 and Realme X7 Pro will have an AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The company says the phones will come with a thin and lightweight build. Both the Realme X7 devices will have support for 5G connectivity, meaning we may be looking at Snapdragon 765G SoC or the latest MediaTek Dimensity chipsets. Unfortunately, not much else has been revealed about the Realme X7 and X7 Pro at the moment, but we’re expecting Realme to tease some features before the official announcement.

    Realme X7 series

    Following the official confirmation, Realme’s Xu Qi Chase said that these handsets will be a part of a completely new lineup, suggesting that the X7 series won’t be successors to any previous X-series model. In the post, the executive mentioned the brand is in the process of simplifying its product lineup. Chase also confirmed the Realme X7 series will have a brand new design.
