The biggest launch of the week was definitely OnePlus Nord, which is the first “affordable” offering from the brand in a really long time (remember OnePlus X?). ASUS unveiled its ROG Phone 3 smartphone, which follows in the footsteps of its predecessor, comes with flagship-grade features including the top-of-the-line Snapdragon 865+ and a 144Hz display. Realme 6i and Redmi Note 9 were the budget segment offerings launched during the week, while, the Infinix Smart 4 Plus was the entry-level offering that managed to capture eyeballs with its pricing as it offers a 6,000mAh battery for just Rs 7,999. OnePlus Nord specifications
OnePlus Nord key specifications include a 6.44-inch FHD+ (1,080 x 2,400p) Fluid AMOLED display (90Hz refresh rate) with an elongated punch-hole design for the selfie cameras. The phone is powered by a Snapdragon 765G chipset with a 5G modem and an optimised GPU performance to cater to the gamers. In terms of memory options, you get up to 12GB RAM and up to 256GB storage.

ASUS ROG Phone 3
The ASUS ROG Phone 3 packs a 6.59-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with 1,080 x 2,340 pixels screen resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. The phone is fuelled by Snapdragon 865+ SoC, coupled with the Adreno 640 GPU, and up to up to 12GB RAM. The phone is being offered in 128GB/ 256GB fast UFS 3.1 storage options.
Moving to optics, the ASUS ROG Phone 3 sports a triple camera setup at the back. You get a 64MP Sony IMX686 primary sensor, a 13MP (f/2.4) 125-degree wide-angle sensor, and 5MP (f/2.0) macro sensor. Redmi Note 9
Redmi Note 9 was launched earlier this week with a 6.53-inch FHD+ DotDisplay. The handset is powered by a MediaTek Helio G85 SoC, coupled with up to 6GB RAM and 128GB storage. On software side, you get MIUI 11 atop Android 10 out of the box. There is a 5,020mAh battery included on the phone that supports 22.5W fast charging tech.
Talking about cameras, the Redmi Note 9 phone offers four rear cameras, headlined by a 48MP wide-angle primary sensor. The other sensors on the back are: a 8MP 118-degree wide-angle sensor, 2MP macro sensor, and a 2MP depth sensor. For selfies and video calling, the handset comes with a 13MP sensor.
Realme 6i
Realme 6i packs a 6.5-inch full-HD+ display with a punch-hole design and 90Hz refresh rate. The phone is fuelled by MediaTek Helio G90T SoC, paired with Mali-G76 GPU. It comes in two models: 4GB + 64GB and 6GB + 64GB UFS 2.1 storage. On software side, you get Android 10 OS with Realme UI custom skin on top out of the box. The phone has a 4,300mAh battery with 30W fast charging support. For security there is a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.
Coming to optics, the Realme 6i features a AI quad camera setup, comprising a 48MP primary sensor, an 8-megapixel wide-angle lens with 119-degree field-of-view, a 2MP mono lens, and a 2MP 4cm macro lens. Infinix Smart 4 Plus
Infinix Smart 4 Plus packs a 6.82-inch HD+ display. The phone is fuelled by a 12nm MediaTek Helio A25 SoC, coupled with 3GB RAM and 32GB storage. On software side, you get Android 10 OS with XOS 6.0 custom UI on top out of the box. There is a massive 6,000mAh battery.
Talking about cameras, the Infinix Smart 4 Plus comes with dual rear cameras, comprising a 13MP primary sensor and a depth sensor. For selfies, there is an 8MP snapper at front.
