    A mysterious POCO phone has appeared on the Russian EEC certification website with the model number M2010J19CG. This is the first time we’re hearing about this POCO device and going by the model number, it seems to be a rebranded Redmi device with model number M2010J19SC that passed through MIIT certification recently. The Redmi device with model number M2010J19SC is speculated to be the Redmi Note 10 4G version, which is rumoured to be in the works alongside other models.

    According to the recent rumours, Redmi Note 10 series is expected to comprise of three models – Redmi Note 10 4G, Redmi Note 10 5G, and Redmi Note 10 Pro 5G. One of these models is said to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G SoC with 5G connectivity and will be equipped with a 108MP primary sensor. Xiaomi recently launched the Mi 10T Lite with the said chipset and there are rumours it being rebranded as a Redmi Note 10 series device in India and China as well. POCO has been rebranding Xiaomi devices in the recent past Redmi Note 9 Pro as POCO M2 Pro, Redmi K30 as POCO X2, while the POCO C3 is basically a Redmi 9C China variant. It looks like the brand is gearing for another.

    Separately, POCO Global had teased a new POCO phone launch before the end of this year. While the brand hasn’t revealed details regarding the phone, it is speculated to be POCO F1 successor that POCO India Director Anuj Sharma recently confirmed to be in the works. However, it could be a brand new device as well, possibly the one that has just received the EEC certification. We should know more soon.
