Vivo Y17 price in India
While Vivo hasn’t officially announced the Y17 price in India, IndiaShopps claims that it’s already available in offline stores across the country at Rs 17,990. The publication also reported that the handset can be purchased between two colour options – Mineral Blue and Mystic Purple.
Vivo Y17 specifications
As for the specifications, Vivo Y17 sports a 6.35-inch LCD panel with HD+ resolution, a Halo-notch, and peculiar 19.3:9 aspect ratio. Under the hood, there is an octa-core MediaTek Helio P35 chipset that is clocked at 2.3GHz, paired with 4GB of RAM, and impressive 128GB internal storage. The handset is also backed by Ultra Game Mode to boost the performance, especially while you’re gaming.
The Vivo Y17 triple rear cameras flaunt a 13-megapixel f/2.2 primary sensor, a 2-megapixel secondary depth sensor, and an 8-megapixel f/2.2 Super wide-angle third sensor. The Super Wide-Angle lens is backed by AI and has 120 degrees field-of-view, but is actually able to capture 108 degrees after accounting for distortion. The front-facing camera is a 20-megapixel shooter with f/2.0 aperture for selfies and video calling.
The handset runs Android 9 Pie with FunTouchOS 9 on top out of the box. The Y17’s 5,000mAh battery is mated with 18W Dual Engine fast-charging tech. Lastly, the rear panel of the phone has a gradient finish and a fingerprint scanner in the middle.
