Huawei CDY-AN20, CDY-AN95, BMH-TN20, JER-AN20 phones have received TENAA certification in China, as discovered by 91mobiles. While it’s not confirmed, a couple of the models could be the upcoming Nova 8 series. To recall, the Nova 7 Pro came with model number JER-AN00, while the Nova 7 SE had the model number CDY-AN00. Going by this, it suggests the CNY-AN20 model could be the Nova 8 SE, while the JER-AN20 model could be the Nova 8 Pro. Meanwhile, the CDY-AN95 and BMH-TN20 could be successors to the Honor 30S and Honor 30, which came with the model numbers CDY-AN90 and BMH-TN10, respectively.
These models have been previously spotted on the Wi-Fi Alliance database with dual-band Wi-Fi support and Android 10 OS. The TENAA listing this week reveals that all of the models will come with 5G support. Additionally, the display sized and battery capacity have also been listed.
According to the listing, the Huawei CDY-AN20 flaunts a 6.5-inch display, probably a full HD+ panel and have dual-mode 5G connectivity. It is said to measure 162.31 X 75.0 X 8.58 mm and run Android OS. The CDY-AN95 has similar specifications, including a 6.5-inch display, Android OS and 5G connectivity. The Huawei BMH-TN20 has a smaller 6.53-inch display and has 5G network support.
Lastly, the Huawei JER-AN20 model will have a bigger 6.57-inch screen. The 3,900mAh battery mentioned for all the four phones could be a place holder and the actual capacity may be slightly bigger. These new models are likely to ship without Google Play Store support. The other specifications on the TENAA listing could be updated in the next few days and we will update you as and when that happens.
