OnePlus is reportedly working on two mid-range phones, probably in the Nord series and these may arrive before the end of this year. One of them was recently spotted on Geekbench with Snapdragon 690 SoC and 5G connectivity. Now, another mysterious OnePlus phone with code-name ‘Clover’ has appeared on the benchmarking platform. The listing suggests the handset will be powered by the three-year-old Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 SoC paired with 4GB RAM. The phone, however, runs on a newer Android 10 platform. As for the benchmarks, the handset has managed to score 336 points in single-core and 1495 points in the multi-core test.
If OnePlus Clover is indeed an actual product, it could an entry-level offering from the brand and could be positioned much below the OnePlus ‘Billie’ phone. Earlier this week, a OnePlus concept video was published by Concept Creator and Max J which showed off two mid-range phones with the vertical camera module. While one has triple camera sensors, the other is limited to just two cameras. Both the phones have a single-punch hole cutout at the front for the selfie camera.
These two phones may launch in the US, India and Europe before the end of this year. Unfortunately, not much else is known about the OnePlus Clover or the other mid-range phone in the works but we hope to come across more in the near future. Stick around.
