A mysterious Realme phone with model number RMX2083 has appeared on Geekbench benchmark platform. The listing shows the device will ship with ‘msmnile’ chipset, which is the codename for the Snapdragon 855+ SoC. This could mean we may be looking at a premium offering, possibly the Realme X3 Pro. The RMX2083 has managed to score 786 points in the single-core test and 2,556 in the multi-core department. The listing shows Realme RMX2083 will pack 8GB of RAM and boot Android 10 OS out of the box with Realme UI custom skin on top. Unfortunately, the Geekbench listing doesn’t reveal much about the phone just yet.
While the exact marketing name of the handset isn’t clear from Geekbench, considering the chipset inside, it is speculated to be the Realme X3 Pro. This will join the Realme X3 and X3 SuperZoom phones in the line-up that was introduced back in June. However, another Realme phone with model number RMX2170 and 65W fast-charging was certified by TUV Rheinland recently and it is said to be the Realme X3 Pro. So, it isn’t clear which of these phones is actually the upcoming Realme flagship. We may have to wait for some more time to know more details. Either way, Realme seems to be working on more than one premium device and may debut them sometime this year.
Separately, Realme is gearing up to launch the Realme C15 and C12 budget phones in India soon. While the former was introduced recently, the latter is a brand new offering. Both the phones are expected to take on the likes of Redmi 9 Prime that launched in the country earlier this week. The Realme C15 will have a new square camera module at the back, pack quad-cameras and 18W fast-charging support.
